The client wanted to automate customer inquiries, appointment bookings, and follow-ups while creating a structured customer journey from lead generation to repeat purchases.

I designed and implemented an end-to-end CRM system in GoHighLevel that combined lead capture forms, AI chat, Voice AI, automated appointment scheduling, email and SMS nurturing, customer segmentation, and retention workflows.
