Objective
The client needed to streamline order processing by removing manual data entry, reducing errors, and improving communication between customers and the fulfillment team.
Process
I created an automation workflow using Jotform, Make.com, Google Sheets, Google Gemini, Gmail, and Slack. When an order is submitted, the system extracts customer and product details, organizes the order information, saves each item into a tracking sheet, sends a personalized confirmation email, and alerts the fulfillment team automatically.
Outcome
The business gained a faster and more reliable order management process. Manual encoding and follow-ups were reduced, order details became more accurate, and the fulfillment team received real-time visibility of new orders.
