Objective
The client needed to eliminate manual email processing and create an automated system that could classify requests, trigger the appropriate actions, and keep teams informed in real time.
Process
I designed and implemented two connected automation workflows using Zapier, OpenAI, HubSpot, Gmail, Slack, Asana, Google Sheets, and Google Drive. The system automatically classifies incoming emails, performs the required business actions based on the email type, logs activities, and generates an AI-powered daily operations report.
Outcome
