Objective
The client needed a faster and more consistent way to convert detailed survey responses into actionable customer personas without manual analysis and data entry.
Process
I created an automated workflow using Tally, Zapier, AI, Notion, Gmail, and Slack. Survey responses are collected, analyzed by AI, transformed into structured persona profiles, saved in a Notion database, and shared with both the customer and internal team when required.
